2. Services

Managed IT Services

Managed IT services are provided under a separate written Service Agreement that specifies scope, service level commitments, pricing, and terms. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to provide services at any specific price or under any specific terms. All managed service engagements require a signed agreement.

Break-Fix / Hourly Support

Break-fix IT support is provided on an on-demand, time-and-materials basis. Our current standard rate is $150 per hour with a one-hour minimum engagement. Additional time is billed in 30-minute increments. By requesting break-fix support, you authorize Pal Forge IT Solutions to perform the requested work and agree to pay for time and materials upon completion. Rates are subject to change with notice.

Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to respond to all support requests promptly and to deliver services as described. Response time commitments stated on our website (such as the 15-minute response guarantee) apply to clients with active managed service agreements. Break-fix clients are served on a best-effort basis based on current technician availability.

Third-Party Products and Services

In delivering IT services, we may recommend, procure, or configure third-party hardware, software, or cloud services on your behalf. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or terms of third-party products. Any warranties on third-party products are those of the manufacturer or vendor, not Pal Forge IT Solutions.

By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you agree to receive service-related text messages from Pal Forge IT Solutions as described in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.

5. Confidentiality

In the course of providing services, Pal Forge IT Solutions may access confidential business information, systems, and data. We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required to deliver services, as required by law, or with your explicit written consent. Clients with specific confidentiality requirements (e.g., attorney-client privilege, HIPAA) should raise these during onboarding so appropriate safeguards can be documented in the Service Agreement.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THIS WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our website that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
